Wow! These were awesome.

Vegetarian Suppers from Deborah Madison’s Kitchen strikes again.

After my first bite, I said these were the best stuffed peppers I’ve ever had, and halfway through his, my husband said it was the best meal I’ve ever cooked.

Spinach Crepe Cake With Herbed Ricotta And Mushrooms

I picked up a new cookbook the other day called Vegetarian Suppers from Deborah Madison’s Kitchen

All the recipes sound very good and they don’t seem to rely to heavily on pasta or beans. They have more of a focus on fresh vegetables and herbs.

So, for my first try at one of the recipes I picked Spinach Crepe Cake With Herbed Ricotta and Mushrooms.
